Our Summer Chant Schola is back for 2026.

• Repertoire will consist of a capella Gregorian Chant (English and Latin) and simple choral pieces. 

• The Schola sings from the loft in the back of the church, so stair climbing is required.

• Participation is open to interested singers (middle school and up) who are attending the Mass where the Schola is singing and can come to rehearsal before Mass. You do not need to be a Cathedral parishioner to participate.

• Families are welcome to sing together (even younger than middle school - all ages are welcome to come with their grownups). 

• Music reading skills are helpful but not required.

Rehearsals: 45 minutes before Mass in the choir room (downstairs by the elevator)

Dates:

• Sunday, June 14 - 10 AM Mass (rehearsal at 9:15 AM)

• Sunday, July 5 - 10 AM Mass (rehearsal at 9:15 AM)

• Saturday, August 15 - 5 PM Mass (rehearsal at 4:15 PM)
